About EZ Seal

EZ-7 Cold Applied Sealants are manufactured by us at our Van Alstyne, Texas Plant. EZ Seal, LLC has been bringing the paving industry the best cold applied crack & joint sealants since the early 1990s. Our product line continues to grow in order to meet paving industry demands for high quality, high performance, cold applied sealants.

Our first product, EZ-7 Cold Applied Joint Sealant, was originally formulated and field-tested as part of a highway engineering project in the 1980s. Since that first success, EZ-7 products have been the industry leader in cold applied, polymer modified, asphalt pavement sealants.

EZ Seal continues to expand its product line to meet the ever changing needs of the paving maintenance marketplace while maintaining high standards of quality and keeping customer safety in the forefront of the research and development effort.
